Joe Biden is the 47th Vice President of USA. After becoming an attorney in 1969, he worked for New Castle City Council and was elected to the US senate in 1972. He was elected to senate 6 times and at the time of his resignation was the fourth most senior senator. He had notable contribution for senate's foreign relations committee.
