How long does an LSD trip last for?

Sometimes you can feel it as soon as you put it on your tongue, other times it can take up to 45 minutes to feel it. It depends on the quality and dosage of the acid, and also on your tolerance to it. The trip itself will usually last somewhere between 6 and 12 hours.
