Does the wii fit have good yoga?

Yes, wii fit has great yoga! We got it about a year ago, and its very good. There is a little trainer, who shows you what to do, and you can choose whther it is a male or female. Its certainly worth the money, as my brother is playing it now, and it has never let us down. They certainly stretch you! :D
