How do you make an easy friendship bracelet?

You take 4/6/8/10 colors of any string about 65 inches long and tie them together with the colors correspoding ex: Blue Yellow Green Green Yellow Blue and then tie the one farthest to the side in ( 2 knots to the left for the ones on the right and 2 knots to the right for the ones on the left) and just do it all the way in until the colors meet where they do 1 forward knot and then a backwards knot around each other

you continue doing that until its as long as you want it, about 5 or 6 inches long.
