Yes, he stalks a girl in the street. He originally thought she was 13 so only looked but once he found out she was 21 he began pestering her on a daily basis. He operates out of a yard at HU115SS. He has been fixing cars there too but does not live there. So he is there often and uses those occasions to stalk, stare or follow her. He is in his late 40's or early 50's, is fat and has a beard.
