Who was adopted by Esme and Carilse?

Well, Carlisle was made first... well, technically second, but here's who came into the Cullen family in order...

Edward: dieing from the Spanish Influenze, Carlisle changed him in the hospital.

Esme: jumped off a cliff. changed by Carlisle

Rosalie: was mauled by her "fiance" changed by Carlilse

Emmett: was mauled by a bear, Rosalie found him and brought him to Carlisle, who changed him.

Alice and Jasper: Jasper was made a vamp before Carlisle, but was not a "vegetarian" until he met Alice (read his story in Eclipse.) During her human life, Alice lived in an asylum because of her visions. She was changed by an unknown vampire, and does not remember her human life.
