How fast is a F1 McLaren?

The latest Mclaren, the Mp4-12c goes 0-60 mph in about 3.5 seconds with a top speed over 200 mph. I'd guess probably around 220 mph. The Mclaren F1 of the 1990's held the world speed record for a production car for years with it's top speed of 240 mph.
