What does all men were born free but that society had got to such a state that the majority were in chains?

Its philosophical thing . When you are born you have no bonds no exception no relations . Once you start growing you life is effected by new relations Sister , Brother , Uncle , Aunts . With each new relationship each expect something out of you . Thus adding to your restrain on your thoughts and action . Has life goes on Friends , Boy/Girl friends , Exs , Teacher , Professors , IN Laws . All these are added to your woe restraining you even more . All relationship aren't restraining . But effect you in a certain manner . not allowing you to behave how you would with out relationship .
