What are some jobs that a girl can do and that you have to work in the cold?

A girl or a lady can do construction work such as roofing in hot and cold weather.

Anything that a man can do is the easy answer. Ski instructor, ice road trucker, ice sculptor, commercial fishing, crofting, emergency services, anything. Jobs that are beyond the physical capability of a lone woman are rarely beyond the capability of two. It is not what they can or can't do it's more what society thinks they should or shouldn't do. And society is wrong to deny them a fair go.
