a lt500 is a 4 wheel drive quad and tops out at 56 mph. However a lt500r is a race quad called the Quadzilla quadracer and stock will top out around 86 mph.remember these two quads are different one is lt500 and one is the lt500r alot of people dont know they are 2 different quads.
