What is an alternative to a relaxer?

Pressing which was used before they made the chemical relaxers.

Normally the hair would be press using a hot comb and a stove.

The hair is first washed and dried and then you apply pressing oil which can be found in beauty supplies.

You will need to heat the hot comb and use white paper towel, if the paper towel turn brown then you will know that it is too hot, let it cool before pressing the hair. The grease is used as you do not want heat on dry hair.
