Ji Franks Encroute are a fancy name for Pigs in a Blanket a hot dog rolled in sometype of bread dough and baked. I am going to make them two ways ....organic beef Hot Dogs.aged cheddar cheese and my homemade carmelized Onion Jam wrapped in puff pastry brushed with salted butter, egg whites and onion and poppy seeds Yummmy!
