What level does ralts evolve in brick bronze?

In Pokémon Brick Bronze, Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20. Subsequently, Kirlia can evolve into Gardevoir or Gallade, depending on whether it is a female or male and the use of a Dawn Stone for Gallade.
