Does pregnancy make your stomach hurt?

It can hurt when pregnant because the uterus is growing to fit the growing fetus.

And it only happens on the first or towards the second trimester. This is because your body is adjusting to having another life growing in it therefore causing some discomfort/pain, you could also get breast pains in the process.
