What's the best place to go shopping on the ocean?

Best is always going to be subjective, and there is the the matter of what you want to go shopping for. I am from Florida, so I really enjoy all the smaller art shops up and down the east coast. Cocoa Beach and Daytona are both nice areas to shop.
