How do you delete shockwave and make a new account?

Right now the best way is to go on the Shockwave site,click contact at the bottom of the page. Fill out their contact form and select something like billing issure/questions. Enter your order # that was given to you from any trial or account setup. You may have received that in your confirmation email from them. Then explain in comments what you want done and leave your full name and contact and wait for their response.

They don't publish a visibile telephone number at their site which is kind of illegal cause it makes their services appear misleading when you don't have a visible form of support.
