Can a man be uncircumcised

Yes most of the men in the world are uncircumcised. circumcision is an old religious rite and has turned into a tradition for many people. However it is a form of genital mutilation that rarely has any useful purpose. The foreskin of the penis is there to protect it and men that have foregone this protection will have less satisfaction out of their sex lives. I for one have never circumcised and there is no way I was going to let any savages with a blade near my sons to mutilate them either.
