Do prince Edwards children have special needs?

Prince Edward's children, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn, do not have special needs. However, Lady Louise was born with a condition called esotropia, which is a form of strabismus (crossed eyes), but it was corrected with surgery. Both children appear to be developing normally and have been raised in a supportive environment.
