What does blinking light on Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch mean?

I have got the same problem. To fix it (I have found) you must uninstall the whole bamboo program and re-install. I got that problem about 6 months ago and after uninstalling and reinstalling it hasn't had a problem since.
