What kind of shoes does charlie wear on its always sunny?

I'm 99% sure they are Vans. The red soles are identical to most of the ones I looked at. I believe they might be Chukkas like these http://www.katjalambert.com/blog/?p=880 I just can't find them with that stripe, and without the logo on the back.
