What does heartbreaker mean?

Heart Breaker is more of a nickname. But if someone was to say "Man, You're a Heart Breaker!" 1: That means you're very good looking, and you're going to have to break a lot of girl's hearts someday OR 2: You have dumped and have got with so many girls it is frustrating your friends!
