If your rabbit is panting heavily, she may be ill, or she may just be exhausted from running around. Whenever you're concerned your rabbit may be ill, observe her health and behaviour for signs of illness (see related question below for details). If you think your rabbit is ill, bring it to the vet -- better safe than sorry!
