Is sociology a science or art subject?

Sociology is considered an art because the argument brought forward states that human beings have free wills and their behavior cannot be measured. Sociology cannot be considered as a science because science has predictions and with humans having their own free will, they are unpredicatable.

Sociology is only viewed as an art to some; it's mostly based on how an individual views the meaning of science.

Max Weber is the main person behind the argument of sociology being considered as an art.
