How do you get 99 str on runescape fast?

If you r a member and have done monkey madness train on the big monkeys in the town, on white ones it should take a week if u train for 24/7 ive done it make sure u have monks or sharks highly recomanded and good food theres a prayer altar there so no need for prayer potions bring anti poison cuz Spiders and scorrpians and bring good armor or ull get hit hard!!!! that's all u should need for 99 str so good luck. : )

P.S. i WA tired sor 5 days i got up out of bed just to get a drink of water or pee lol that's all.

Actually i propose that u do the "Defender of Varrock" quest and kill armoured Zombies as there is an alter nearby so u can use protect from melee prayer and u don't need food
