What is the only continent that is not permanently inhabited?

However, one can say that Antarctica has been inhabited since February 1957, when the US Navy established McMurdo Station. Thereafter, several nations built research facilities on the continent. But no one person lives there permanently; people rotate in and out during variable-length terms of employment.
