So u want a big butt the gluteus maximus is the biggest and strongest muscle in the entire body it virtualy helps the legs move back and forth

If u want a big butt you can eat alot but most the time that fas goes more places than the butt sometimes it don't go to the butt at all

so what you are gonna have to do is gain muschle mass on your ass in doin do u are gonna gain muscle on your legs to so im gonna give u this full leg workout that will ultimately lead to fast gain in you hind quarter and fat loss in the thy and calf area. and by the way i do this workout I am usually unable to walk out of the gym after doing it.

fist workout squats 80% of your max 3 sets of 12 say your sqait max is 500 80% of 500 is 420 so u do that 3 times 12 each time then

then u do another set of squats this time move down 5 pounds and do 2 sets of 10 reps then for your final move down 10lbs and do 3 sets of 12

then u do a stiff legged dead lift go to bodybuilding.com if u do not know what one is u do 4 sets of 10 this will reealllly get your butt and hams put on ar least 135 lbs if u are a man if u are female put on about 8olbs don't go below 50lbs though

then u do a leg press light weight as in 2 45 on each side do about 3 sets of 20 u may have to adjust weight depending on tolerence be smart or get a trainer again if u do not know what a leg press is go to body building .com or go on a search engine and type in what u do not know

then u do leg curls laying on stomach 3 sets of 12 put on weight to wear it about kills you to get 12 proper leg curls

then the final workout donkey leg curls 3 sets of 10 if u don't know what one is go on a search engine

then take a 30 to 45 mins break and do a light jog or sprint on the tred-mill try and do a at least a mile this should be a non intense cool down exersize for your legs and butt

and jus a lilo bonus work out get on the stair clinber or run bleachers

AnswerBY the way do this workout one time a weak preferably on a Friday so ur muscle can rebuild over the week end all in all wait 5 to 6 days before doing workout again if u do like 2 or 3 times a week you muscle will turn to jellow plus it will not be as potent. BY THE WAY U NEED TO TAKE PROTEIN 2 TIMES A DAY 33MILLOGRAMS BEFORE WORKOUT AND 33MILS AFTER WORK OUT ONLY TAKE ON DAY OF WORKOUT IT WILL HELP IN MASS BUILDING AND MUSCLE RECOVERY MEANING U WILL NOT BE AS SORE OR WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS U WILL NOT BE SORE AT ALL AnswerAND MIX the order of the workout i gave u up to confuse the muscle tissue take a least a one min break between reps AnswerEat cornbread.
