Answer this Help I cant stop My bad behavior and mom cries because of it how can you control your behavior expecially since you get mad very easily?

First, you should think what you are going to say before you say it. Second: think what you are going to do before you do it. Third: If you know you are about to say something that always gets you in trouble, don't say it. Fourth: don't disrespect your parents, big brothers, big sisters, teachers, and your elders. Fifth: Talk respectfully. Sixth: ignore it when someone saying things that annoy you. Seventh: Be kind to everyone even if they were mean to you. eighth: If you get punishments like pushups, situps, sentence's, laps, spankings, and any punishment take it like a man, or woman, so don't argue or you will probably get more. Ninth: If you get grounded don't complain, or you might get more. tenth: Don't think that you are the best person in the world because that's not true, the world does not revolve around you. Eleventh: Don't cheat. twelfth: if you get mad ask if you can leave the room so you can calm down or count to ten slowly in your head.
