What is some evidence from the story that Scrooge is apathetic in The Christmas Carol?

When he is wished a merry Christmas by Fred his nephew his response is "Bah, Humbug". Later in the discussion with Bob Cratchit standing nearby Fred tries his best to point out the wonders of Chritmas to which Bob claps his hands in approval, Scrooge turns aon Bob and says "Let me hear another sound from you,'' said Scrooge, and you'll keep your Christmas by losing your situation."
