Where is the tropical easterlies located?

The tropical easterlies, also known as the trade winds, are located in the tropics between approximately 30 degrees north and 30 degrees south latitude. They blow from the east towards the west, converging near the equator in an area known as the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
