What do you do to get the code for the elite puffle?

Apparently, you need to purchase the Club Penguin Elite Force: Herbert's Revenge game, any of the versions, DS, Wii, etc. and enter the code that comes with it into the Unlock Codes screen online. Then, you'll have the Elite Puffle. (Note: If you're not an EPF agent, you'll become one with the code, because the Elite Puffle is only for EPF agents, and you'd need to be a member.) Plus, each code only works once. So, if you'd want it, you'd need to get the game, or participate in a giveaway.
