Does it mean anything to dream crying bloody tears?

I had the same dream awhile ago, I found this answer online.

'This dream shows that you see that your spiritual vision is greatly afflicted and in pain. Given so you can know to pray for clarity and healing.'

I don't know if this is true for you but it was for me.
