Why was Amy biehl killed?

Amy Biehl was a Stanford graduate and anti-apartheid activist who was killed in 1993 in South Africa. Tensions were running very high in South Africa at that time due to the issue of apartheid. Because of this, there were many attacks going on by black youths who were attacking and throwing stones at cars and delivery vehicles driven by white people.

Amy Biehl was driving home outside of Cape Town on August 25, 1993, when she was attacked by a black mob. They drug her from her car and stabbed and stoned her to death for no other reason than that she was white.
