Whew, tough one. Things have changed a bit on Honda cars since 1989. However, many '89 Hondas are still running today.
Each part can be figured out this way:
Take the aftermarket price (NOT OEM, since they are used), less 20 - 40% for being used. Clean them up very well make them look as newish as possible.
That's where you get a starting point, and negotiate the best price with a person that wants it - use ebay or you will never get all of it off your hands.
Do not take it to a salvage yard, they give you $100 - $200 for the whole car, you'll get more than that parting the car out.
