Why do women wear diapers?

For protection against bladder weakness and for peace of mind at times when going to the bathroom is difficult or impossible for a while. I wear to stay safe and secure, comfort, and to protect my clothing if I have an accident. By the way there is no shame in needing diapers in your life.
