Why does the ghost repeat Scrooge's own words from act 1?

Because the ghost of present wanted to show scrooge the true meaning of Christmas by the way I think this is wrong but I'm just going to put whatever i don't really care and I don't understand the book I just go to YouTube and listen to the audio
