Pain or aching in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen can indicate appendix problems. It is highly recommended to have a person experiencing such pain see qualified medical personel as soon as possible due to the dangers of a ruptured appendix. There is very little first aid that can be done other than comforting the patient and calling for more qualified personel.
