Yes, this antibiotic does not have any blood-thinning properties. It does have stomach-upsetting properties, though. Have some food in your stomach before taking it. Remember to take all of your Amoxicillin even after you start to feel better. You want to kill all the bacteria and not leave any hiding in your body!
