Has anyone had starting problems with a 1991 kawasaki el250?

Mine is a 97, but I htink they are pretty close. Only 3 things to worry about, Air, Fuel, and Spark. With these bikes, its most likely the spark, but really you should check that fuel is flowing ( since its easy to do) and then go after the electrical side.
