To use the Replace Color tool in
Photoshop Elements 7, first select it from the Enhance menu (Enhance > Adjust Color > Replace Color). Use the Eyedropper tool to click on the color in your image that you want to replace. Adjust the Fuzziness slider to select similar colors, then use the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders to set your desired replacement color. Make sure to click OK to apply the changes; if nothing happens, check if your selected color is prominent enough in the image or if the adjustments are too subtle.
