No, not at all. He has been Mr. Obama's body-guard, but these days they are just good friends and have been for many years. President Obama is heterosexual, but he does have a number of men friends with whom he is very close, as if they are brothers or members of his extended family. There is certainly nothing unusual about heterosexual men having close friends who are male, and this does not mean they are gay.
