Is the cactus angel wings similar to the cactus prickly pear?

they both are entirely different.

1. prickly pear: Slow growing. Mature plant reaching 2-5 feet in height by 2-3 feet in width. Full or part sun. Hardy to 15 degrees F.
2. angel wings: Fast growing. Mature plant reaching 10 feet in height with a 4 foot spread. Full or part sun. Hardy to 20 degrees F.
