Replace fuel pump 1999 Nissan maxima?

* Relieve the fuel pressure * Remove the rear seat * Remove the fuel pump/fuel level sending unit access cover.Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pump/fuel level sending unit assembly and set the cover and wiring harness aside * Hold the sides of the fuel line quick disconnect connector,completely depress the connector tabs and pull out the tube inserted in the retainer.Disconnect both fuel lines * Remove the fuel pump/fuel level sending unit six mounting screws * Carefully meneuver the fuel level sending unit assembly out fuel tank as far as possible * slide the hose clamp down the hose and remove the hose from the fitting * Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector from the cover * Set the fuel level sending unit and cover assembly aside * Reach inside the fuel tank,depress the lock on the fuel pump housing and withdraw the fuel pump and housing assembly from the fuel tank * Carefully pry the fuel strainer off the fuel pump.Remove the fuel hose from the fuel pump outlet fitting * Depress the locking tabs and separate the two halves of the fuel pump housing * Remove the fuel pump from the fuel pump housing
