Will ammonia harm porcelain tiled floors?

Yes. Ammonia is a chemical substance with a very high PH level. If it were to react with a substance of basic composition such as granit, porcelain or potassium it will disintegrate that substance until the acidity of the ammonia is neutralized. I would reccommend very hot soapy water with a balanced PH level and good old elbo greese.
