How do you replace the thermostat for a 2001 Xterra?

Thermostat on bottom rad hose....1.remove cooling fan 2. Remove all belts 3. Idler pully 4.bracket...now u can change thermostat....pain in the butt...knuckle buster...hope this helps...if u need anymore hope gimme a shout.................. mhubba@gmail.com
