How do you reuse water?

Example,if u have plants at home,after you wash the rice you can reuse the same water to water your plants.You can also collect rain water and wash ur floor or water ur plants,the rain water is clean enough to wash floor or water plants but not enough to drink though,it has to be purified.I hope this answers your question think you should not wash your car that often this is good
