Why is this boy shy around you and never talks to you something happned with him about you liking him and he still is looking at you a lot does it mean he likes you?

Well it all depends on how he stares at you, if he looks at you like all he wants to do is be with you and he has that twinkle in his eyes and especially since he is shy with you I would totally have to say he likes you. If he's never with you and when you guys are together he stares it's probably because he wants to remember your face when you're not with him he wants to have a picture of you in his mind for when he misses you. I think this guy is probably really into you or at least likes you. :) Good luck.
