The idle/throttle adjustment is located at the proximal (inside) aspect of the right hand grip. To see it you have slide back the rubber boot that fits over the throttle cable- just peel it back and expose the adjustment nut. Start bike, put in neutral, set kick stand--- turn nut clock/counterclockwise to the desired setting.
