Who succeded General Mulinge?

General Mulinge was succeeded by General Julius Karangi as the Chief of the Kenya Defense Forces. General Karangi took over the position in 2006 and served until his retirement in 2014. His tenure focused on modernizing the military and enhancing its capabilities.
