What are the hiring procedures for baskin robbins?

You go into the store and ask if they are hiring, and if they are ask for an application. Some stores have you just give them a resume instead of an application. Then, the manager will look them over and probably call you for an interview. At the interview they will ask you a bunch of question and then have you take a test. Then they will call in a few days if they want to hire you.
