Why should people stop fox hunting?

The fox is at the top of the food chain, this means it has no predators and as a result, no natural way of keeping the fox population healthy and thriving. Foxhunting is a humane way of natural selection where weak and old foxes are humanely culled resulting in a strong and healthy fox population without disease. Without fox hunting the fox population would not be a healthy one prone to disease and the lack of management could lead to disastrous consequences.
